Dr. Stein Bergiers (°1983) graduated as a general practitioner from UGent in 2010. During his studies, he completed a two-year internship at a general practice in Hoeilaart. He then worked as a GP in Lokeren and Lochristi and also took on temporary roles as a school doctor for the CLB. Through this experience, he learned to work with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Although he grew up in the outskirts of Brussels, his connection to the city has always remained strong. Since 2023, he has been working full-time in Brussels. As a GP, he values a comprehensive approach to health, emphasizing both physical and mental well-being. He also strives to guide his patients through the sometimes complex Brussels healthcare system.
In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano and saxophone. He loves to travel and cherishes spending time with friends and family.
